Aguero is demanding €3 million in compensation from Barcelona

In the financial report for the 2023-24 season, FC Barcelona mentioned that Sergio Agüero has filed for mediation, demanding the club pay him €3 million. He claims this is compensation he is owed for retiring due to heart issues.

A mediation meeting took place on June 21, 2024. The club stated, "When preparing the annual financial report, the claim was still awaiting submission to the labor court for appropriate proceedings. The club has not received notification that the claim has been assigned and accepted by a specific court."

On the other hand, Scores Sports filed a lawsuit against Barcelona on June 18, 2024, demanding €10 million as a payment for the agency fees related to Ousmane Dembélé's transfer to Paris Saint-Germain in August 2023. Barcelona responded and objected to this claim. Although Paris Saint-Germain paid a €50 million buyout clause, according to the existing contract between Dembélé and Barcelona, €25 million is to be paid to his agent, Moussa Sissoko.

Additionally, Barcelona stated that an agreement was reached with Gabriel Milito on July 18, 2024, although the specific amount was not disclosed. Milito had previously sued Barcelona for €6.9 million in compensation.
