Juventus is looking to sign Bikalma and Kiwior to replace the injured Bremer
According to the latest report from Tuttosport, Juventus is considering bringing in Bologna's Bikalma and Arsenal's Kiwior after their starting center-back Bremer suffered a serious injury, leaving the team with limited internal solutions.
The report states that Juventus had initially felt their defense was sufficiently staffed during the summer transfer window, so they were open to the departures of Giallo and Rugani. However, Bremer's injury has made the defender situation a top priority for the club. Currently, Danilo has yet to convince coach Motta with his performances, and the same goes for Caval. As a result, Juventus has few internal solutions, though there is a possibility that Savona and Locatelli could temporarily fill in as center-backs.
Additionally, Motta and sporting director Giuntoli, aware of the situation, have explored the free-agent market, but have not yet found a player who fits the coach’s plans. Juventus had also scouted Ajax’s young center-back Hato for a time, but his asking price was too high for the club to consider.
At the moment, Juventus' primary targets are Arsenal defender Kiwior and Bologna defender Bikalma, both of whom have worked with Motta in the past. Meanwhile, there is a chance that Facundo González from Feyenoord and Muharemović from Sassuolo could return early from their loans to Juventus. Additionally, Pedro Felipe could be promoted to the club’s first team.
