The Brazilian Football Confederation is considering calling up Neymar for the World Cup qualifiers in November
After being sidelined for a year due to injury, Neymar has made his comeback. According to Brazilian media, although the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) is taking a cautious approach, they are considering calling up Neymar for the World Cup qualifiers in November.
Neymar suffered a severe torn ACL in a World Cup qualifying match against Uruguay last October and has just returned from a year-long injury absence. TNT Sports Brazil reported that before Neymar’s return, the national team doctor, Rodrigo Lasmar, visited him in Dubai to assess his physical condition.
While the CBF remains cautious, they are contemplating including Neymar in the squad for the qualifiers against Venezuela and Uruguay in November.
