The 20-year-old Brazilian center-back Belarmino has joined Paris Saint-Germain.
Paris Saint-Germain officially announced the signing of 20-year-old Brazilian defender Belarmino. The two parties have signed a contract until 2028, and he will wear the number 35 jersey.
According to earlier reports by Romano, Belarmino's transfer fee is 20 million euros, without any floating clauses. Belarmino joined São Paulo in 2020 and made his professional debut on May 26, 2022. Previously, he was also selected for the Brazil U20 national team. Last year, he moved up to São Paulo's first team, making 52 appearances and scoring 1 goal. In September 2023, he and the team won the Brazilian Cup.
Belarmino said, "I am very happy to join a club as ambitious as Paris. This is an important step in my career that will help me progress. I can't wait to meet my new teammates and put on the Paris jersey for my first step."
